These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk665 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), accessible at https://pk665.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features, content and functionality offered through the pk665 platform.
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing any game or otherwise using the pk665 platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
pk665 is an English-language online gaming information and gaming platform serving users across Pakistan, including those in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. These Terms are written in English, and the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
Important Notice: pk665 does not hold a Pakistan gambling licence and does not represent that its services are authorised by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. Users must independently verify the legal status of online gambling in their jurisdiction before participating.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction — to register an Account and use the Services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. pk665 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time and to suspend any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
You must not access or use the Platform if doing so is prohibited under the laws of your country, state, province or territory. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) and other applicable local laws may restrict or prohibit online gambling. pk665 makes no representation that its Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws.
Each User is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and any Funds or Bonus Funds being forfeited.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds.
Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform. If pk665 identifies or reasonably suspects that a User is under the applicable minimum age, the Account will be suspended immediately, all transactions will be reversed where possible, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
To access the full range of Services, you must complete the registration process by providing the required personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid mobile number. All fields marked as mandatory must be completed accurately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk665 will never request your password through email, live chat or any other communication channel. You must notify the support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
pk665 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. pk665 reserves the right to close any Account that violates these Terms, is inactive for an extended period or is associated with fraudulent activity.
The Platform is made available solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
By using the Platform, you agree that you will not:
You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements to access the Platform. pk665 accepts no liability for any losses arising from technical failures on your device or network, including connectivity issues common in Pakistan that may interrupt a live betting session or casino game.
Available deposit methods are displayed in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. Methods may include bank transfers and other electronic payment options accessible in the Pakistan market. Payment method names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and IBFT — appear as familiar contextual references only and do not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any payment provider.
Minimum deposit amounts are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier. Amounts may be referenced in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) where applicable. pk665 does not guarantee that any specific minimum-deposit threshold (e.g., PKR 500 or PKR 1,000) will remain available at all times.
Accounts may be maintained in PKR or other currencies as offered by the operator. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are set by the payment processor and are beyond pk665's control.
Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via the Responsible Gambling Tools section of their Account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing an existing limit is subject to a cooling-off period as required by the operator's responsible gambling policy.
Note: pk665 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be returned where possible, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals are available once your Account has been fully verified through the KYC process. pk665 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all required identity documents have been submitted and approved.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected payment method and the operator's internal review procedures. Estimated processing periods are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to additional security checks, public holidays or circumstances beyond pk665's control.
Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Any withdrawal request made before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the operator's cashier rules. pk665 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to new or alternative payment methods.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before opting in. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x or 40x the bonus amount). Until this requirement is met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement applicable to a specific promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
pk665 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a User has abused a promotion, including through low-risk or zero-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or through collusion with other Users.
pk665 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotion availability may differ by region, user segment or account tier. Pakistan-specific promotions, including those tied to PSL seasons, ICC tournaments or cricket events, are subject to the same conditions.
pk665 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has commenced, where there is evidence of match-fixing or price manipulation, or where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
In the event of a manifest error in pricing, odds or game outcome — including software malfunctions — pk665 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. "Manifest error" means an obvious and palpable error that a reasonable person would have recognised as incorrect at the time of betting.
Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket (Test, ODI, T20I), PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, international football and UFC events — are subject to specific rules for each sport and competition. Event-specific rules are available within the relevant betting market pages. Settlement of bets follows official results from the relevant governing body.
Live in-play betting is offered on selected markets. Bets placed during a live event are subject to the most recently displayed odds at the time of acceptance. A delay between your bet submission and its acceptance may result in odds changes; in such cases, the applicable odds will be communicated before confirmation.

Violation of any of the above provisions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds (including real-money balances and Bonus Funds), and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of pk665.
All trademarks, service marks and trade names displayed on the Platform are the registered or unregistered marks of pk665 or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use such marks.
pk665 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, connectivity issues and factors outside our control may result in temporary service unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk665 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if pk665 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered. pk665 accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions.
The Platform does not contain links to external third-party websites. Any reference to third-party services, payment providers or sports organisations is for contextual purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement or affiliation.
pk665 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, pk665 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk665 is incorporated or licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mutual discussion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable governing territory.
Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country of residence. Users in Pakistan are reminded that local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may affect the enforceability of certain provisions and that this document does not constitute legal advice.
